The KwaZulu Natal Christian Council (KZNCC) is deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Ms Zanele LaMbokazi Nkambule. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and the entire community that has been touched by her life and work.
Ms Nkambule was a dedicated servant of God and a champion of social justice, whose tireless efforts have made a significant impact in our province. Her commitment to the values of compassion, equality, and righteousness has inspired countless individuals, and her legacy will continue to be felt for generations to come.
“As a council, we have had the privilege of working alongside Ms Nkambule on various initiatives, and we can attest to her unwavering dedication, wisdom, and kindness. Her passing leaves a void in our midst, but we take comfort in the knowledge that her spirit will continue to guide us as we strive to build a more just and equitable society”, said Bishop Myaka, Chairperson of KZNCC.
As we mourn her passing, we take comfort in the words of 2 Corinthians 5:8, which reminds us that “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.”
We are comforted in the knowledge that Ms Nkambule is now in the presence of our loving God, where there is no more pain or suffering.
We pray that God will comfort and strengthen all those who are grieving, and may Ms Nkambule’s life and legacy continue to inspire us to work towards a brighter future for all.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” – Matthew 5:4. May this promise bring solace to all who are mourning the loss of this remarkable woman.
We pray that God will comfort and strengthen the family and all those who are grieving, and may Ms Nkambule’s life and legacy continue to inspire us to work towards a brighter future for all!
